Drewlo Holdings is currently seeking a Building Manager Teamsto live-in and manage buildings in London/Woodstock/Kitchener/Sarnia. We are looking for energetic people to oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment building.

The Building Manager Team Is Responsible For

  • Addressing residents' concerns either themselves or involving our maintenance team or the property manager if needed
  • Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance
  • Showing vacant apartment to prospective residents, completing applications and leases
  • Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork, use of company provided smartphone and email is required
  • Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies
  • Maintaining fire safety logs
  • Maintaining exterior walkways during winter months
  • Covering a sister building on their superintendent's day off (the sister building covers for yours)
  • Presenting themselves and Drewlo Holdings in a friendly, professional manner to all current and prospective tenants
  • Executing the turn-over procedure of suites to new tenants, including cleaning of the suite
