Minimum requirement
  • Successfully completed the Building Environment Systems Operator Class II Program or equivalent.
  • Steel toed footwear.
  • Building Maintenance experience.
  • Excellent mechanical and communications skills.
  • Knowledge of computers. Familiarity with Building Automation Systems. Johnson Control Preferred. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Candidates will be subjected to interview and practical exam.
  • Will be required to work every second weekend.

The candidate will be required to work Days (7am - 3pm), Evenings (2pm - 10pm), weekends and share on-call work.
