Qualifications

• Schedule and accompany subcontractors during maintenance and service calls.
• Maintenance and servicing of electrical, mechanical, advanced security, HVAC, BMS/EPMS, and fire protection systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Availability to participate in an on‑call schedule for co‑location roles or rotating shifts for 24/7/365 coverage.

• Strong communication skills in English and French (bilingualism required).

• Post‑secondary education in electricity, electromechanics, or mechanics.
