Job summary

Régulvar seeks a field service technician to work directly at client sites, troubleshooting and maintaining building automation systems to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate holds a DEC in Building Mechanics or related field and can program controllers, configure networks, and provide technical support. Proficiency in English and French is required, and a valid Class 5 license is essential. Régulvar offers growth, training, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Must have

• College diploma (DEC) in Building Mechanics,Industrial Electronics, Computerized Systems, Electrical Engineering, oranother related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevantexperience will also be considered

Your Skills

• Knowledge of text-based programming languages(BASIC, C++, GCL)
• Strong ability to work independently andeffectively organize workload and priorities
• Customer service oriented with a collaborativeapproach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Intermediate proficiency in both French andEnglish, spoken and written, with the ability to interact regularly withEnglish-speaking stakeholders, including suppliers, colleagues, and businesspartners
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prepare and write technical notes anddocumentation
• Construction Health and Safety Certification(General Health and Safety on Construction Sites)
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence
