Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a Part-Time Brow Expert to join our Erin Ridge BrowBar inside Sephora. You will demonstrate and sell Benefit products and perform short salon services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping and laminations, delivering a fun, memorable client experience.

The role requires retail/customer service experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and some holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service environment is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort in a busy, scent-filled environment.
• Courteous, responsible and a team player.
• Facial hair removal, waxing or esthetics training an asset.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and sell Benefit products and services.
• Perform brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping and laminations.
• Create a fun, unforgettable client experience for each guest.
• Support busy BrowBar operations with professionalism and hygiene.
