Job summary

Fix My Brick Inc. is seeking an experienced mason to work on-site in Ontario, Canada. Duties include laying bricks, blocks and veneer, estimating materials, and constructing masonry features for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of masonry experience, physical endurance, and the ability to work at heights. Apprentices may be instructed and safety boots and tools provided by the worker.

Qualifications

• Experience of 3–5 years in masonry/construction.
• On-site work required at all times.
• Ability to work at heights and handle heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lay bricks, blocks, veneer and related masonry units.
• Estimate materials, tools and equipment for projects.
• Lay bricks or masonry to create chimneys, walls and facades.
• Construct and install prefabricated masonry units.
• Build patios, walls and decorative installations.
• Work at heights on scaffolds or swing stages.
• Cut and trim bricks with hand/power tools.
• Instruct apprentices.
