Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a Brand Representative to bring our store experience to life by engaging customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll provide styling guidance across categories and ensure a well-presented store. You will support replenishment, keep the floor organized, and handle purchases at the cash wrap, plus fulfill online orders including in-store pickup and ship-from-store.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, attentive service to all customers and offer styling guidance.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentation standards met.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and friendly.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale, in-store pickup, and ship-from-store orders.
