Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to bring our brand to life, deliver high quality internal client service and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Understands and applies stakeholder business plans and priorities to develop and maintain a strategic marketing plan; manages key stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs across digital, social, email, and paid media channels, ensuring strategic alignment and performance optimization
  • Contribute to long-term marketing campaign and events strategy and planning, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Collaboratively develops campaign strategy and tactics to deliver on agreed upon metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversees editorial calendar to ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables
  • Identifies and builds connected client journeys including defining target clients, buyers, and audience segmentation
  • Monitors CRM and identifies opportunities to build campaigns that support all dimensions of the buyer journey
  • Lead campaign and event performance tracking using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and provide strategic insights to optimize future programs
  • Maintain accurate campaign data, including naming conventions, UTM tracking, and performance dashboards; lead post-campaign reporting and insights discussions to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement
  • Liaises with external agencies and vendors including ad agencies and identifies areas to optimize campaigns and spend

  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast‑paced setting
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Phenom)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
