Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a graphic designer to join our Brand Design team in Montreal. You will create and adapt visuals for packaging, e-commerce, and marketing materials, collaborating with product teams and brand managers.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who can manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality design solutions. The successful candidate reports to the Graphic Manager within Brand Design, offering opportunities to influence global brand presentation

Qualifications

• DEC in graphic design or equivalent training.
• 3–5 years of design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office.
• Creativity and critical thinking for visuals.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• Strong interest in marketing, design, toys and video games.
• Excellent time management for multiple projects.
• Team spirit, dynamism, professionalism and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt creative and original designs for marketing materials: packaging, e-commerce visuals, website and social content.
• Clearly communicate visual concepts for approval.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Development teams to understand project needs and objectives.
• Provide guidance and supervise external agencies as needed to finalize projects.
• Effectively manage deadlines and priorities while ensuring consistent quality of execution.
• Adapt to new technologies, trends, and developments in graphic design.
