Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a fire safety product at Home Depot stores in Victoria, BC for Fall 2026. This in-store role requires friendly, reliable individuals for weekend shifts with four-hour blocks and fully paid training.

Choose Saturdays or Sundays between Sept 26 and Oct 17, 2026. You will educate customers, collect reports, and coordinate with your Program Coordinator, maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for a 4-hour shift.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous brand ambassador, retail, sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Brand Ambassador – Fire Safety Awareness Event

Victoria, BC| $20/hour | Flexible Weekend Schedule | Fully Paid Training

Marketsupport Canada is looking for dynamic, reliable, and customer-friendly Brand Ambassadors to represent one of our clients’s fire safety products at Home Depot stores as part of our Fall 2026 campaign.

Home Depot Location – Victoria, BC

• Home Depot, 2400 MILLSTREAM ROAD

Are you looking to earn some extra income without having to work every weekend? Enjoy the flexibility of choosing the weekend that works best for you during the campaign period.

Event Schedule

• One 4-hour shift: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Choose Saturday OR Sunday
• Choose a weekend between September 26 and October 17, 2026
• Select the available weekend that best fits your schedule

Your Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-store and educate them about our client’s fire safety products
• Proactively approach customers and remain engaged throughout your shift
• Complete the pre-call report and required training before your shift
• Confirm your arrival with your Program Coordinator by text message at the start of your shift
• Represent our client and Marketsupport in a friendly and professional manner

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset
• Ability to stand and interact with customers for the entire 4-hour shift
• Cell phone capable of sending text messages and taking photos

Dress Code

• Black pants or jeans with no rips
• Steel-toe safety shoes is a must
• A branded apron will be provided

Compensation & Training

• $20.00/hour – 4-hour shift
• Fully paid training before your first shift
• All mandatory training hours are paid
• Travel time is unpaid, and mileage reimbursement is not provided

Interview Process

Selected candidates will be invited to a brief video interview via Zoom.
