Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must be a self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge.
• Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns.
• Assist in maintaining store's visual standards.
