A leading marketing and retail company is looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent Hero Cosmetics and Batiste during a high-visibility event at Toronto's Union Station. Brand Momentum is looking for Team Leads in Torontofor two of our clients (Batiste and Hero).

Overview: We are hiring 12 enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent Hero Cosmetics and Batiste during a high-visibility co-branded sampling activation inside Toronto’s Union Station. This engaging campaign will connect with commuters and holiday shoppers, offering samples while sharing key brand messaging in a fun and professional way. Each Brand Ambassador will work every other day during the activation period (3 shifts total), ensuring consistent energy and coverage throughout the week.

Location: Union Station Kiosk – 65 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5J 1E6

Program Dates: November 26 – December 2, 2025

Pay Rate: starting at $22

Backup Rate: $50/day (for first 3 hours on-call; hourly rate applies if brought in)

Employment Type: Short-term contract

  • Sunday, Nov 30 – 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

  • Monday, Dec 1 – 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sample Hero Cosmetics and Batiste products to consumers in a high-traffic environment
  • Deliver key brand messaging clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sampling area
  • Manage lineups and station flow during busy commuter periods
  • Follow event safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines at all times
  • Report daily sample counts, consumer interactions, and feedback to the Team Lead
Qualifications

Working Conditions:

  • The position may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Team Leads will be responsible for driving a rented vehicle to transport products and assets between Wild Card Promo Warehouse (Mississauga, ON) and Union Station. Note: Team Lead may not have access to the vehicle daily and may need to arrange their own transportation to the site.
