Position Overview

We’re hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our nonprofit partners at retail kiosks. This is a customer-facing role combining marketing, sales, and public engagement. You’ll promote charitable campaigns, engage shoppers in meaningful conversations, and offer complimentary gifts sponsored by corporate partners as a thank-you for their support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in busy retail settings to raise awareness for our charity partners.
• Use strong communication skills to share compelling stories and inspire donations.
• Distribute promotional gifts to donors and explain sponsor partnerships.
• Create positive, high-energy interactions with the public.
• Represent both our agency and the nonprofit organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong interpersonal or sales/customer service skills (retail, fundraising, hospitality, etc.).

• Hourly Base Pay: $18/hr guaranteed plus uncapped commission. Most reps earn $30/hr or more.
