Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development : Identifying and pursuing new sales and business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for the Montreal and surrounding region.
  • Operations Management : Ensuring efficient and effective daily operations, including managing logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities.
  • Customer Service : Providing excellent service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management : Recruiting, training, and developing a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Financial Management : Monitoring Montreal branch performance, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability.
The Candidate

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an exceptional leader, a high-energy, hands-on professional with a record of accomplishment of results. You bring :

  • Proven success in driving sales and growing business.
  • Sales experience in Montreal, Canada with a solid network.
  • Experience managing a team. Prefer experience as a sales manager, branch manager or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, preferably Air & Ocean freight, and international supply chains
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Able to travel.
  • Outstanding commercial acumen and financial knowledge (i.e., budgeting, performance metrics, P&L understanding, and profit margins).
  • A bold, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Inspirational leadership and team-building experience
  • The courage to challenge the status quo and raise the bar
  • A deep commitment to customers, culture, and long-term results
  • A problem-solver with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
