Job summary

goeasy Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing team in Ontario. You will set a clear vision, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while overseeing daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, team development, and adaptability to new software. Canadian work eligibility is required; compensation includes a competitive package and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit branch, portfolio goals and capitalize on cross-sales.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Build superior customer sales experiences by engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers by understanding their situation and matching them to suitable financial products.
• Manage the health of the branch portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing delinquency.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications with strong attention to detail.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:

We are offering$48,204.00 - $56,547.00/year CADfor this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
