• Must be bilingual (French/English).
• Completed High School certificate a must. Post-secondary education an asset.
• Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Experience in the building industry is valuable, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and on the phone.
• Answer customer inquiries about materials and services.
• Process customer orders through Gentek’s order system.
• Provide information about products and delivery status.
