Sterling Crane Canada, based in Edmonton, is seeking a motivated Branch Administrator to support daily branch operations from our head office. The role covers quote and order management, invoicing, labor hours processing, and customer service, with travel to Fort Saskatchewan as needed.
Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday. This on-site position requires strong Excel/Office skills, reliable teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Sterling Crane is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Administrator who will perform a wide range of business support activities required for efficient branch operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and customer requirements. Key activities of this role include quote and order management, invoicing and customer account management, billing and labor hours processing, customer service and vendor management. This role will support our operations at DOW, Fort Saskatchewan and other areas as required, based out of our head office in Edmonton, AB.
Job Type: Full-time hourly position.
Location : On-site in branch, 2440 76 Ave, Edmonton AB, T6P 1J5, Canada.
Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday (40hours/week).
Travel Requirement : Some travel may be required, as needed by business (i.e., training on-site in Fort Saskatchewan, vacation coverage, project work with extended hours, etc.).
