Job summary

UniglassPlus Listowel is seeking a Junior Technician to join our automotive glass and accessories team. This role offers hands-on learning, growth opportunities, and the chance to work with a trusted industry leader.

You will support senior technicians, handle basic automotive tasks, maintain a safe work environment, and participate in ongoing training to develop your trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of box liner installation, including surface preparation, sanding, masking, product mixing, application, and final inspection to ensure a durable, professional finish.
• Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass and accessories.
• Perform basic automotive tasks such as glass preparation, cleaning, and inspection.
• Assist senior technicians with pre-delivery inspections and accessory installation.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques as part of your ongoing training.
