Qualifications

• 5+ Years of High-Volume Retail Management; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan multiple responsibilities.
• Effective team coaching and development skills.
• Ability to stand for an entire working day and lift a maximum of 23 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellent results in sales and service levels.
• Maximize guest frequency and new club member acquisition.
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure operational goals are met.
• Recruit, hire, and train the team effectively.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
