A Canadian financial services company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a remote position. The role involves monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of CPA-ready year-end packages for two corporations. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of Canadian bookkeeping experience and be authorized to provide services within Canada. This is a contract role with a preferred minimum term of two years.
Contract bookkeeper to provide monthly bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, monthly landlord revenue reporting, annual HST support, and a CPA‑ready year‑end package for two corporations. Work is remote, Canadian‑based only. Engagement follows a clearly defined scope (no audit / no legal / no U.S. filings).
