Job summary

Axess Law Corporation seeks a full‑time accounting/payroll professional to handle payroll cheques, fixed asset calculations and depreciation, and comprehensive bookkeeping. You will maintain ledgers, generate financial statements, and prepare tax returns using MS Office and QuickBooks.

You must be able to work onsite in Canada, manage multiple financial tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and contribute to accurate reporting for decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll and bookkeeping systems.
• Ability to prepare tax returns and maintain ledgers.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Details

• Salary $38.50 hourly / 35–40 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
