Job Title : Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (, QuickBooks or similar).
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
  • Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
  • Track expenses, payroll entries, and financial transactions.
  • Generate regular financial reports for management review.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist with tax preparation and liaise with external accountants as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
