Position: Bookkeeper – Pizza Hut – Hybrid – Pointe-aux-Trembles, QC – Salary: $2,800 bi‑weekly – Full time – Permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
• Maintain financial records and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• Post journal entries.
• Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Prepare trial balance of books.
• Reconcile accounts.
• Use portfolio management software.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent 1–2 years of post‑secondary training.
• Experience: 2–3 years in bookkeeping or related field.
• Language: French (required).
• Technical skills: Automatic data processing (ADP), database software, ERP, inventory control software, MS Excel, Outlook, Windows, Word, Office.
• Transportation: Own vehicle, valid driver’s licence, willing to travel.
• Work setting: Hybrid – both in‑person and remote.
