  • Book, confirm and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Enter patient details and ensure records are complete before appointments.
  • Contact patients and staff to share test results and appointment information.
  • Interview patients, collect forms and explain consent for treatment.
  • Answer calls, greet patients and direct them to the right places.
  • Create and organize patient files and pull records when needed.
  • Type documents, handle data entry and manage office tasks.
  • Book diagnostic tests and give patients prep instructions.
  • Help with OR forms and requisitions.
  • Prepare reports and keep work areas clean.

Salary

The salary range for this position is CAD $27.10 / Hr. - CAD $27.10 / Hr.

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clinic Support. This role you will schedule and book outpatient appointments, admit patients, collect personal information and enter data into the health system. You will also handle clerical duties including filing, typing, answering calls and maintaining office supplies. Additionally you will coordinate with physicians’ offices, provide pre‑appointment instructions and generate operational reports. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

What You Bring
  • Grade 12, two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
