Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with repair and troubleshooting of large mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate building heating and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor indoor air quality and comfort.
• Adjust and maintain computerized control systems.
• Complete maintenance tasks for mechanical and electrical systems.

Skills
