Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of kitchen experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of two years of managerial experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
  • Demonstrated use of standard concepts in purchasing inventory and supervising up to 20 employees.
  • Good with people and able to exhibit positive line leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations under the direction of the Regional BOH Manager.
  • Ensure every item served meets the brand standards of quality.
  • Supervise and communicate promotions to staff.
  • Complete bi-weekly payroll info including time cards and new hires.
