Purpose of the Job:

Manage the mechanical integration department within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mechanical integration team and collaborate with PrEMs to oversee the integration process, ensuring adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) requirements for the bogie system components.
  • Manage team planning, organization, workload, budgets, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain the skills and expertise of the team through targeted training and development plans.
  • Ensure the technical relevance of the product from definition to industrialization, in collaboration with the team and PrEMs.
  • Produce and update technical definition documents, including CATIA 3D mock-ups, master plans, and detailed plans.

Required Profile:

  • Proficiency in oral and written French and English.
  • Experience in technical team management.
