Service Receptionist / Concierge – Full-Time, Monday to Friday.

What this role is all about

Our Service Receptionist plays a critical role in the success of our Service Department, and is one of the first points of contact for clients arriving for service. This is a high-volume busy dealership, and yet we go to great lengths to make each customer feel acknowledged & appreciated, with engaged, personalized service. As our Service Receptionist, you are somewhat of a nucleus for the Service Department:

  • Greet customers arriving, providing UBER or other transportation services as appropriate
  • Finding ways to accommodate client preferences and requests when possible
  • Listening, and being a resource to refer clients to the best resources available internally
  • Fielding enquiries at the Service Reception Desk
  • Liaising with other stakeholders in the Sales & Service Departments, finding the right person to refer clients to
  • Handling client payments, including handling keys & payment info entered into our Service Kiosk for after-hours options for our clients
  • Arranging loaner vehicles for some clients, liaising with lot staff for proper check-ins of returned loaner vehicles, handling vehicle rental contracts, collecting driver ID and payment information
  • Monitoring and administering all UBER rides in the system on a daily basis, communications with UBER services when there are issues
  • Liaison with accounting department to manage fuel receipts, office supplies, etc.
