Overview

One Property Recruitment is looking for a Block Property Manager for a local property management company in Halifax. The role will manage a local portfolio sized to your experience. The working environment is described as progressive and personalised, with structure and support. The position will be predominantly office-based with flexibility coming in line with length of service and trust. Opportunities to progress within the first 12 months.

• Deal with section 20 queries
• Take pride in customer service
• Communicate effectively across the company
• Manage service charge budgets

Salary & Benefits

• £27,500 salary
• 9-5 Monday – Thursday, 3pm finish on Friday

Ideal Candidate
