Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Ford BIW Robotics Start-Up Engineer.
• Experience with automotive Ford standards (Next Gen/GVOSS).
• Extensive commissioning experience in automotive body shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety standards.
• Configure interference zones, I/O, and vision systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug PLCs in coordination with the Controls Engineer.
• Optimize cycle times and improve throughput.
