Qualifications

• Experience in operation, engineering or project management within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Pharmaceutical Product Development or Commercial Operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Canadian, US, and European Good Manufacturing Procedures.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-6 medium or 2-3 large projects.
• Ensure completion of all activities outlined in the client Statement of Work (SOW).
• Prepare change orders for changes of scope timely.
• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, costs and risks effectively.
• Facilitate positive team member interactions and manage conflict.
