The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in field sales and agronomy, working with ag distributors and growers. They will be responsible for engaging with key customers to build demand, executing sales programs, and showcasing agronomic benefits. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Ideal candidates are based in Regina, Saskatchewan.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced professional to drive the growth of Sipcam Agro’s biostimulants and differentiated products by partnering with key customers, influencers, and the Sipcam Agro sales team. This person will act as a technical sales expert to promote product adoption and share insights on sustainable trends, cropping solutions and emerging technologies.
This person will engage with Retail‑agronomists, PCA’s, growers, and consultants to build demand and position the targeted portfolio in a customer value‑added manner. Lead key retail and distributor locations in creating demand and supporting demonstration projects in collaboration with account managers and leadership to achieve business goals. Execute programs supporting both current and future sales initiatives.
Ideal candidate will be located in the Tri‑Cities region of Washington State, Quad Cities region of Iowa and Illinois, Regina, Saskatchewan.
