Job summary

Kinetic Construction Ltd. is seeking a BIM/VDC Specialist at our Vancouver branch to drive BIM/VDC technology implementation across design and construction. You will work with project teams to lead delivery through design and build phases.

The role requires deep BIM/VDC knowledge, 5+ years in production design/drafting/engineering, and at least 1 year with a General Contractor. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Architecture or Engineering is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM & VDC services, standards, and implementation.
• 5+ years of production experience in design, drafting or engineering.
• 1+ year working for a General Contractor.

• Lead BIM/VDC implementation across design and construction phases.
• Maintain BIM standards and data management practices.
• Coordinate projects with design teams and construction teams.
• Support and train staff on BIM tools and workflows.
