Job summary

ProductionHUB in Ottawa-area is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC and reality capture professional for ongoing construction documentation assignments. You will support large commercial, institutional, or complex projects and integrate field documentation with BIM and digital construction environments.

Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Procore, DroneDeploy or OpenSpace is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM/VDC and reality capture for large commercial, institutional or complex projects.
• Ability to integrate field documentation with BIM and digital construction environments.
• Familiarity with laser scanning/point clouds and reality capture workflows.

Job description

Seeking an experienced Ottawa-area BIM/VDC and reality capture professional for upcoming construction documentation assignments.

Candidates should have experience supporting large commercial, institutional or complex construction projects and integrating field documentation with BIM and digital construction environments.

Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Procore and reality capture platforms such as DroneDeploy, OpenSpace or similar systems is highly preferred.

Ideal candidates will understand floor plan-based documentation, spatial alignment of field imagery, BIM coordination, construction progress documentation and long-term digital project records.

Experience with 360‑degree reality capture, point clouds, laser scanning or construction technology workflows is a strong plus.
