Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM/VDC for its Data Center project portfolio. You will coordinate MEP models from design consultants and vendors, perform clash detection, and ensure constructibility across multiple hyperscale centers.

In the near term, you will build and manage a distributed team of BIM coordinators in North America and travel to project sites as needed. You will work under the Technical Manager to maintain BIM standards, shepherd model-sharing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
10-15 years in BIM/VDC on commercial or industrial construction.
Experience on mission-critical or data center projects preferred.
Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks; experience across client CDES (BIM 360/Procore).
Experience leading or mentoring BIM staff; distributed or multi-site teams a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide centralized BIM/VDC leadership across Data Center projects.
Ensure effective MEP model coordination, clash resolution, and constructability analysis.
Maintain alignment between trade partners, engineering contractors, vendors, and client models.
Identify modularization and prefabrication opportunities to improve constructability and repeatability.
Build and scale a distributed BIM coordination team across North America.
