Job summary

GHD Canada is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the regional BIM strategy, ensure delivery against BEP, and supervise the Project BIM Coordinator team. The role requires deep BIM expertise and strong leadership to drive standardization across projects and regions. You will train staff, collaborate with BIM Directors, and integrate best practices in design tools, data exchange, and digital delivery, while working in a hybrid office setup three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years BIM experience with managerial project leadership.
• Experience leading multi-discipline projects and teams.
• Proficient in BIM execution planning and information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BIM Coordinators and project teams as assigned.
• Support proposals from BIM perspective on scope, methodology and budget.
• Act as Project BIM Manager or Coordinator as required.
• Collaborate with BIM leadership to standardize tools and workflows.
• Provide training to BIM staff and promote digital delivery.
