LeMarché, Inc. seeks a BIM Manager to lead BIM practices within our design team in Laval. The role combines supervision of BIM standards with hands-on Revit modeling and project coordination across disciplines, in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

You will develop templates, templates, and production tools, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in BIM workflows. French language fluency is essential for success in client and team communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, coordination and management.
• Advanced mastery of Revit.
• Good knowledge of collaborative BIM environments and good coordination practices.
• Experience in a consulting engineering firm or multidisciplinary coordination is an asset.
• Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve the BIM standards of the company.
• Create and optimize templates, families and production tools.
• Support teams in the application of BIM best practices.
• Coordinate BIM activities on projects and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement continue.
• Train, accompany and support employees in developing their skills.
• Coordinate the projects under your responsibility.
