Job summary

LeMarché, Inc. seeks a BIM Manager to lead BIM practices within our design team in Laval. The role combines supervision of BIM standards with hands-on Revit modeling and project coordination across disciplines, in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

You will develop templates, templates, and production tools, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in BIM workflows. French language fluency is essential for success in client and team communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, coordination and management.
• Advanced mastery of Revit.
• Good knowledge of collaborative BIM environments and good coordination practices.
• Experience in a consulting engineering firm or multidisciplinary coordination is an asset.
• Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written) is essential.

DPHV is seeking a BIM Manager for a unique, hybrid role, at the heart of our building design team. You will be called upon to supervise and develop BIM practices within the company while managing your own projects as a Revit Structure modeler, in close coordination with other building disciplines.

We are not simply looking for someone capable of coordinating BIM models. We are looking for a builder, someone who wants to help structure processes, develop standards, support teams and become a technical reference within the organization.

Your role:

As a BIM manager, you will be called upon to:

• Develop, maintain and evolve the BIM standards of the company;
