Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced BIM and Digital Information Manager to lead the evolution of data standards and BIM frameworks across complex AECO projects. You will guide project teams from schematic design through facilities management, coordinate with clients and contractors, and champion BIM Execution Plans and digital workflows.

You will oversee model setup, health checks, and multi-discipline coordination while driving automation and data-driven design decisions within a hybrid Canadian work

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering advanced Digital programs on complex projects within the AECO industry, including Construction Administration.
• Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Forma (including Forma Build).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / SharePoint / Teams; familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Inventor, Reality Capture, Point Clouds, VR/AR, and Jira
• Experience in multi-disciplinary model coordination and managing large-scale design data environments.
• Background in setting up Common Data Environments (CDE), creating construction documentation, and enforcing Information Management standards.
• Technical diploma or engineering/architecture degree considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve WSP's Digital/Information Management standards, including data strategy, model governance, and quality control.
• Develop and maintain BIM frameworks such as Digital Twin strategies, Model and Data Standards, CDE protocols, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Provide Digital Advisory guidance to project teams from Schematic Design to Facilities Management.
• Champion creation and fulfillment of BIM Execution Plans, LOIN matrices and MIDP's, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Support and troubleshoot Autodesk Forma project sites hosted by WSP.
• Oversee project model setup, drawing packages, discipline coordination, and digital workflows.
• Conduct model health checks and ensure adherence to project-specific digital processes.
• Promote automation opportunities to enable data-driven design decisions.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900

MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
