Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a BIM Content Specialist to support internal teams by updating BIM content through a ticketing system. You will review REVIT tag/label families to ensure bilingual accuracy and create digital content across Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Telecommunications.

Applicants should have 2 years in a similar role, a relevant college diploma, and strong French skills with high English proficiency. Proficiency in REVIT and BIM 360, plus MS Office, is essential.

Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the BIM Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure internal support (customer service–oriented) by responding to team requests through a ticketing system, particularly to implement adjustments and updates to BIM content.
• Review tag/label families in REVIT and verify that all information is bilingual.
• Help create digital content for all company departments, including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Telecommunications.
• Help organize and manage the company’s digital content library and contribute to enhancing the project template.
• Ensure all BIM content aligns with company standards and project-specific requirements.
• Contribute to improving the company’s BIM Guide on SharePoint for distribution across all offices in Canada.

Desired Profile

• Strong knowledge of the REVIT platform and experience creating content related to building Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural engineering.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• College diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a Vocational Studies Diploma in Building Drafting, or any other relevant combination of education and BIM experience.
• Strong attention to order and quality, collaborative mindset, initiative, and adaptability to work across multiple platforms and interfaces.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Mastery of French, spoken and written, with a high level of English.*
• Advanced BIM platform skills:REVIT, BIM 360.
• AdvancedMS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

*English is essential due to participation in commercial projects outside Quebec and in national projects where all meetings and documentation are exclusively in English.
