I am looking for a billing manager for an electrical company in Saint-Félix-de-Valois.

Your tasks will include:

• Opening accounts for new customers.
• Preparing project invoices.
• Updating project information in the system when changes occur, in consultation with project managers or other colleagues.
• Helping the billing clerk and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Answering customer questions about their invoices.
• Producing end-of-month reports for the controller.
• Being available for internal requests (admin, management, electricians, etc.).
• Any other related tasks.

Your profile:

• Vocational diploma in accounting
• Relevant experience in billing
• Experience with Maestro software (an asset)
