Drive Results Through Strategic Collections and Client Partnership

As a key member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will build relationships with our fellow team members in Accounts Receivable, Clients, Account Managers and Consultants to ensure timely payments and collection of accounts receivable. The ideal person in this role will be resourceful, inquisitive, self‑motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy.

What you’ll do
  • Monitor, maintain and document status on all past due accounts, including documenting details of methods utilized to secure payment
  • Manage risk assessment for client portfolio with established policies and procedures, including timely and periodic reporting to management with account updates and action recommendations
  • Be customer focused, strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past‑due accounts
  • Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement and efficiencies
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in Accounting/Business Administration
  • 3‑5 years’ experience in collections
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Experience working with company policies and control (audit) procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in working on the ERP System WorkDay
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented with excellent multitasking abilities and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator with superior verbal and written communication
