Job summary

A recruitment firm in Toronto is seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with a system migration. You will support the accounting team, perform account reconciliation, and validate data as they transition from legacy billing platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of relevant experience, strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, and a keen attention to detail.

About the Opportunity

• Support the accounting team through a system migration, consolidating data from multiple legacy billing platforms into a new unified system.
• Perform reporting, account reconciliation, and data validation to ensure accuracy of customer billing and AR balances throughout the migration process.
• Assist with post-migration activities, including closing out legacy accounts, preparing debit/credit memos, and generating reports to confirm successful data transfer.

About You

• 2+ years of relevant Billing & Accounts Receivable experience
• Previous experience working with large data sets and keeping detailed records of customer accounts
>Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel

Salary Range

$22- $25 per hour
