Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional with financial operations experience to support client transfers and processing workflows in Toronto.

You will make outbound calls to financial institutions, update internal systems, and help meet daily targets with precise data entry and strong collaboration. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in banking or financial services, excellent Excel skills (macros), and superb communication.

Are you a detail-oriented professional with financial operations experience?

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $34.54/hr

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to financial institutions to facilitate client transfers
• Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information
• Follow up promptly to meet daily operational targets
• Manage data entry tasks, including updating in-house systems and working with imaging and case management software
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless processing
• Participate in daily huddles and team communications to stay aligned on objectives
• Maintain high attention to detail and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skill-Set

• Operations experience in banking or financial services (1-2 years)
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• High technical aptitude with proficient Excel skills, including macros
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional interpersonal skills suitable for client interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Call centre experience
• Familiarity with FI Wealth systems, including ISM, EIS, and Ticketing
