Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of railway experience.
• Experience as a Conductor, Locomotive Engineer, Remote Control Operator or similar.
• Experience with coaching and mentoring Transportation employees.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employee performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support development of Transportation employees through mentoring.
• Provide in-field training and manage employee qualifications.
