Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter within a technical recruiting capacity.
• Track record of success recruiting at various levels within the technology, AV, or construction industries.
• Intermediate, hands-on experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with EE Relations & TA Manager to understand talent needs.
• Identify passive candidates using innovative recruiting techniques.
• Conduct pre-liminary interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews.
