Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• CRA RepID (representative identifier) required for CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience using professional tax software for personal tax returns including complex elements.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and empower them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completing their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products; provide tax guidance and review personal returns.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via video and audio tools and document interactions to maintain records.
