A recruitment firm is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on the broadcasting and media sectors. You will leverage strategic sourcing plans and support hiring managers while promoting the organization as an employer of choice. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, strong organizational skills, and be bilingual in French and English.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent attraction strategies and supporting hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on filling a variety of roles within the broadcasting and media client group.
