Responsibilities

  • Own frontline recruitment for the business across Canada.
  • Write and edit job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Organize and facilitate DHL job fairs as needed.
  • Work closely with internal departments for hiring procedures.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to post and manage candidates.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for hiring needs.
