Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.
• Experience in retail industry and competency-based interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Execute the talent acquisition strategy for boutique network in Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to manage the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate relationships and ensure effective onboarding.
